Our ceramics and art are packed with care and fully insured. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment please save all the packing material and notify us immediately.

We hope you enjoy your Banana Patch purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us and we will instruct you on how to return it. You may return any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your return, you will be credited a full refund for the cost of your item. We do not refund the shipping cost.
