All packages will be sent via USPS either First Class or Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
Each shipment is fully insured and a tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
All shipments are insured up to the full purchase price. It is Banana Patch Studio's responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier.

You may return any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your return, you will be credited a full refund for the cost of your item. We do not refund the shipping cost.
