Shipping policy
We currently only ship within the United States. If you wish to have items shipped internationally, please contact us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
There are two types of orders at Banana Patch Studio : in stock work and pre-orders (also known as made-to-order).
In stock items, are packaged & and shipped on a Daily basis Monday -Friday via USPS. Express shipping is available if items need to be recieve by a timely manner. All pottery items are hand-painted, kiln fired and made to order. Please allow 3-6 weeks for completion of orders depending on the (amount of pottery needed to be made). You can also contact us before purchasing to get a estimated time of completion for production.
Will my order arrive safely?
Yes! All orders are wrapped with corrugated paper products or recycled materials. All orders are insured and you will receive an email with tracking information when you item ships. In case of damage, please contact us immediately.
If an item should arrive damaged, please contact(orders@bananapatchstudio.com) Banana Patch Studio immediately and photos of the damage product along with packing materials (including box or outer packaging.)within 10 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A replacement or refund will be granted only if damages are reported within the required time frame and all documentation of damages are provided.
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
Please note: When shipping your item back, we strongly recommend that you package the item very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Banana Patch Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

All items created by Various Artist and may vary slightly in color. Items are hand painted, variations occur and are celebrated.
Banana Patch Pottery is food Safe. As with any ceramic item hand washing is encouraged. Our hand painted pottery are not Microwavable nor Dishwasher safe.
